I would like to say an enormous thank you for all the help you have given me recently. Without it I definitely would not had the necessary tools, understanding or the right attitude for effectively dealing with the whole anxiety thing. Hopefully I won't need any more professional assistance but it's reassuring to know that the right help is available if I need it. Thank you for all your expertise and compassion; you do good things for people.
I just wanted to say how sincerely grateful I am to you for helping me to a position where I have acceptance, resilience and some moments of serenity. Your insight and patience have made a fundamental change, for the better, to my psyche and I will not forget you and what you have taught me. I hope that I can pass on some of this knowledge to my children as they grow up. What therapy has done for me is nothing short of life-changing and you should take great pride in the fact that you are relieving terrible mental suffering in the people you help.
It's been great to get myself back and I realise now just how debilitating social anxiety can be. I'm glad I have this opportunity to feel positive about my life and communicate with people without all the negative and unnecessary noise. I'm back to being confident about my abilities and just feel so much more balanced and excited about life. I'm even applying for new jobs as I've wanted to for ages but now have the confidence. Thank you again for everything.
It's really satisfying to feel like I'm making so much progress with all this stuff and I'm finding being able to make sense of how everything is connected to be a really liberating process. Having been through the counselling process before, I've noticed that the changes are coming very quickly by using your approach and methods - more quickly than I had expected. It's working well for me and I'm definitely conscious of the importance and contribution that your skills have played in that regard. Thank you again.

I continue to progress very well and am enjoying a new job which is perfect for me. I am my own boss! I am doing super well. No panic attacks in over 5 months, depression is relieved and anxiety is almost all gone. Thank you again for all of your guidance. Life is very very good.
